Athletes foot should be treated on time, or it can get really bad. Athlete Foot if untreated can cause severe skin blisters and cracks which can bleed too and cause severe bacterial infections growing at very high rates.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Take Apple Cider Vinegar and Warm water in the ratio of 1:3 and soak your feet in it for 15-20 mins. Do not ever rub the towel on your feet to dry them up. Pat them dry with care. Let them have some air.
Garlic Juice
Garlic juice has Anti fungal properties, either you can use a bud to apply garlic juice in between your toes and affected area. Or else, you can mix a few drops of olive oil with Garlic juice and leave it on your feet for 15-20 minutes before washing it off.
Yogurt
A pinch of turmeric and yogurt. Cover the affected area with Turmeric and Yogurt for around 20-25 minutes. Yogurt will soothe the soreness of your feet, gives it enough moisture and turmeric has amazing healing powers. You can do it daily or twice a week as well.
Salt
It might sound like crazy, but believe me its not. Warm water, enough hot that you can easily soak your feet in. Add 1 teaspoon salt for every cup of warm water. Soak your feet for as much time as you can, but do remove your feet when the water is still a little warm. Wrap your feet in a towel for a few minutes and then pat them dry.
Neem
Boil few leaves of Neem in water, Soak your feet in warm Neem water for 15-20 minutes. Neem can be very effecting in killing fungus
Baking Soda
Make a paste of Baking Soda and water, and apply it on the affected area for 10-15 mins. Baking Soda helps in killing Bacteria and Fungus and this is one of the best athletes foot treatment.
