The One Log House
The one log house is made from a single log taken from a 2100 year old Redwood tree. This famous One Log house is in Garberville (California, USA). It is a one-bedroom house which is 13 foot in diameter. Art Schmock and a helper took nearly 8 months to hollow out the log and make it a home to live in. This house is 7 ft. High and 32 ft. Long, weighing about 42 tons, and has become a tourist attraction.
