Spectrophobia- Fear of mirrors or one’s own reflection
Spectrophobia is a rare and strange phobia. People dealing with Spectrophobia are scared of spectators, mirrors and one’s own reflections. People dealing with Spectrophobia gets terrified when people are staring at them, or they see their own reflection in the mirror staring at them. They feel anxiety, intense fear, excessive sweating, irregular heartbeats and paranoia.
Vestiphobia- Fear of wearing clothes
Vestiphobia or Fear of wearing clothes is a weird phobia when people can’t bear the feeling of clothes on one’s body. They either prefer to wear very loose clothes or to stay naked. People dealing with Vestiphobia gets terrorized that if they wore clothes, some insect from the fold of the clothes might bite them.
