  • Always carry a water bottle with you, as we are tend to stay thirsty just being lazy to bring water.

  • The colour of your urine tells if you are drinking sufficient water or not. Clear and transparent urine tells, you are drinking a lot of water and a pale yellow colored urine tells you are drinking enough water. So, Drink water until you urinate frequently and your urine is pale yellow in color.
