Face Packs and Masks for Oily Skin
Fuller’s Earth for Oily Skin
One of the best and easiest pack you can make at home. Get fuller’s earth and add rose water to make a thick paste. Apply the pack on your face and neck and wait till it dries completely. Pat with wet hands and rub ice cube to massage and remove all the fuller’s earth from your face. Fuller’s earth pulls out the excess oil from the depths of your skin to give you oil free skin.
Ice cube massage, improves blood circulation and gives a glow to the skin.
Rice Flour for Oily Skin
2 Tablespoon Rice flour, 2 pinch turmeric, 1 tablespoon honey and some cucumber juice (You may add finely grated). Add enough cucumber juice to make a thick paste. You can apply on your face as well as your whole body. Let it dry and remove to get a fresh glowing face.
Tomato for Oily Skin
Squeeze tomato to get tomato pulp and juice out (Remove skin). Add rice flour and 1 teaspoon honey to get a thick paste. Apply on face and leave it for 15-20 minutes and remove it. You will get a fresh and glowing face.
Orange Peel for Oily Skin
Next time you have an orange, don’t throw the orange peel. Dry the orange peel and make powder from it. Now use this orange peel powder with Yoghurt/curd to get a thick paste. Apply the paste on your oily skin to get a tighter, oil free glowing skin.
Orange Pulp for Oily Skin
Get 3 tablespoon gram flour and add orange pulp to get a thick paste. You may add orange juice if needed. Apply the paste on your face for 15-20 minutes and wash when completely dried.
Strawberry for Oily Skin
Get a few strawberries and crush/blend them to get a fine paste. Add yoghurt/curd to get a fine paste. Apply it on your face for 15-20 minutes. Let me assure you, this is a real cooling face pack/mask that you are going to love. Wash it off when dry.
Avocado for Oily Skin
Get an over ripened avocado and mash it, add one egg white and mix well to get a nice paste. Apply the paste on your face and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off when dry.
Potato Pack for Oily Skin
Grate a potato to get some juice out of it, add a few drops of lemon juice. Now add this mixed juice in 2 tablespoons of Gram Flour to get a fine paste. Apply the paste to your face for 15-20 minutes and wash it off when dry.
Kiwi and Yoghurt for Oily Skin
Get a kiwi, peel it and mash completely, add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt/curd to get a smooth paste. Now apply the paste on your face and leave it to dry. Wash it off when dry.
Banana for Oily Skin
Get an over ripened banana and mash it completely. Get a few mint leaves, crush them and add it in banana paste. Add 1 teaspoon honey and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well and apply the face mask on your oily skin. Leave it to dry and wash it off with cold water.
Aloe Vera for Oily Skin
Take a big Aloe Vera leaf, peel it and blend it to get a liquid Aloe Vera Gel. Now pour this gel in an Ice cube tray and freeze them. Take one Aloe Vera ice cube and massage your face to give your oily face all it needs.
Do’s and Don’ts
Although all the face packs and masks are homemade, natural and have no side effects. But very rarely, some people are allergic to some fruits or some other ingredients. So if in a rare case, your skin feels itchy or irritated, remove the pack immediately.
