Last but not the least is Water. Water is the need of our body in every sense, be it for leading a normal healthy life, shedding weight or detoxifying the body. We always get confused with hunger and thirst. We drink less water, and to compensate with thirst we eat more. If we take adequate water daily it will help burn belly fat and also controls the intake of calories. Drinking a full glass of water after waking up is the best gift you can give to your body. Having a glass of water 15 minutes before each meal will help you satisfy your thirst and control your calorie intake. One must drink at least 8 to 10 glasses a day for the body to work properly and get rid of all those extra chemicals, nutrients and fats.

P.S- Keeping a bottle of water with you always can help you maintain your water intake easily.
