Cinnamon
Cinnamon is a spice which is highly aromatic. This spice helps in keeping insulin away and makes the glucose enter cells faster, this in turn burns fat easily and faster. One needs to have at least a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon to get the desired result of fat-burning.
